Ingrid Hauge

Ingrid has happily relocated back to Scotland after 20+ years in New Zealand. Having had a busy practice in Auckland, being in Forres is now a more balanced lifestyle, which is suiting how the practice is developing. Reconnecting with the land and the seasons has been strengthened by the relatively recent learning of Saam. A Korean method of acupuncture, that has pulled all previous teachings together beautifully.

Some detours along the way have been: Naturopathic Studies at Well Park College, Auckland, NZ. Art and Creativity via The Learning Connection, Wellington, NZ & via the Karuna Institute in Bristol, a Buddhist approach to psychotherapy… ALL ultimately leading back to East Asian medicine.

Caring for self includes: meditation retreats, time in nature, enjoying the wee garden and the visiting wildlife. Discovering the beauty of Moray, and Scotland again. Off road running. Friendships and nurturing connections inside and out of the clinic.

Ingrid is forever leaning and growing, as we all are. Empowering others to re-claim their unique perfect selves – naturally, is awesome, humbling and a great pleasure.
